Market Update 7/24 to 8/24
Today we have 236 Active Listings in Aliso Viejo
We have 175 showing in Back up and Pending Status
We closed 67 sales in the period.
* The inventory is creeping up a bit and sales are a little slower than the first 6 months of the year*
