Market Update Oct 8 thru Nov 8 , 2010
WE have 271 current Active Listings on the Market. Out of the 271 there are 129 normal sales and the rest are shortsales or foreclosed properites.
We have 157 condos and homes in ESCROW. Out of 157, 29 of those are normal sales, not shortsales or foreclosed.
We closed 43 Sales in this same time period.
The interesting thing about this market is that Rates are so low and prices have been down for so long, that if you are even thinking of purchasing a home, now is the time! It is also a good time to scale down or move up by selling what you have and buying something bigger for a lot less than what you would have paid a few years ago.
