Market is approaching normal inventory

We currently have 165 Active listings in Aliso Viejo which has helped to stabalize the market a bit. Earlier this year we had less than 30 listings to sell which created a bit of a market frenzy. The short sales and REO's have also dried up. We only have 6 our of 165 at the moment. So, if you were thinking of scaling down, or moving up.. this could be a time when there will be something for you to buy in the event you decide to sell.
